Intellectual Property Rights

NHS at 70 Online community
The NHS at 70 online community is intended to be an inclusive and safe space for discussion and the sharing of knowledge related to NHS history. Please do not bully, harass or intimidate any user. Offensive, abusive or aggressive language is unacceptable in the community. Attacking or mocking sensitive issues such as sexuality, religion, race, disability, or political views, is also not acceptable behaviour and will be removed.
The uploading of material is moderated by the NHS at 70 project team. Moderation will include the following checks: that the material is appropriate; that copyright permits the contribution to be used; correction of things that might prevent something being found or used (for example spelling errors). We reserve the right to remove comments that others find offensive or inappropriate for the community space.
Reporting issues or making complaints
If you experience any difficulties with the website, or would like to offer any feedback or suggestions, please contact us. If you would like to make a complaint about any content that you find inappropriate or believe is incorrect, or about any material which you believe infringes your intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of another party, please contact us.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are made and governed under the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions.
These terms may be varied from time to time. Please ensure that you review these terms and conditions regularly as you will be deemed to have accepted a variation if you continue to use the NHS at 70 website after any variation has been posted.
